The Missing Pages
Listen
In 1912, Harry Widener, a passionate book collector, boards the Titanic with a priceless book he recently bought in London. When disaster strikes, his last words are that he must retrieve the book from his cabin—neither he nor the book are ever seen again. In his memory, his mother creates the Harry Widener Memorial Library at Harvard to preserve his collection. Years later, Violet Hutchins, a Harvard sophomore grieving her own loss, works at the library. As strange events unfold, Violet begins to wonder if Harry’s ghost is trying to reach her, urging her to uncover a secret he took to his grave. Alyson Richman graduated from Wellesley College with a degree in art history and Japanese studies. Her novels have been published in 25 languages and have reached the bestseller lists both in the United States and abroad.
