A New Breed of Leader
Listen
It has become impossible to escape the never-ending discord and dysfunction that is becoming a defining marker of our current moment. This systemic and social conflict seems to be increasing by the week, and many are growing overwhelmed and disheartened with the state of our world and its implications for our future. We need to remember that we are capable of so much more. Recognizing these innate traits is the first step in moving past them. Cynthia Rivard teaches that we are capable of learning and growing beyond the limits of our baser instincts. We possess the ability to develop and nurture a more compassionate world, one that prioritizes compassion, community and peace for us all. She is a leadership and intuition expert, author and environmental advocate who promotes ethical practices and proactive solutions that support businesses and humanity into the future.
