Korean Plastic Surgery
Listen
As people increasingly prioritize natural beauty and subtle enhancements, the demand for Korean-inspired plastic surgery techniques is likely to rise. The emphasis in Korean plastic surgery is on achieving a natural-looking outcome, in contrast to the more produced look often associated with Western plastic surgery. Kenneth Kim MD, a board certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon shares with us how this Korean way of plastic surgery is making its way to Beverly Hills…and beyond. Kim graduated from Yale University School of Medicine and was a recipient of the Dean’s Award and Department of Surgery Research Award. Dr. Kim was inducted as a fellow at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute. He completed his plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at Northwestern University and is an assistant clinical professor at UCLA School of Medicine.
